How about a crispy duck – or goose breast with mouth-watering side orders, possibly preceded by a traditional “ Oberpfaelzer Wedding soup”? And to round-off the perfect gourmet-menu, our mild, creamy Bavarian Cream with a tangy sauce of strawberries and raspberries in red-wine. We still have a few genuine recipes from Grandma on our menu! Because we don’t want to deprive our guests from something so dear to us…

Our love of tradition is also reflected in our cuisine.
Hikers or bikers can recover from their efforts over a good plate of home-smoked ham with bread. And who wouldn’t be tempted by our freshly baked, home-made cakes? Maybe with a nice cup of steaming- hot, freshly brewed coffee?
Now and then, we could well surprise you by a culinary trip over the regional borders and serve you a refined blend of tradition and modern cuisine. So why not beef-tournedos or a fried king-prawn with mango-relish?
